SALON POLICIES 🚨

CANCELLION AND REFUND POLICY:
To ensure smooth running of services, session timings are strictly adhered to. If you are late for the appointment, you will be given a shorter treatment at the full session rate.

A 50% deposit is taken upon booking to secure your appointment, the remainder of the total appointment cost is deducted at checkout. 24 hours notice of cancellation must be given. If you cancel/no show within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the 50% deposit paid to secure your booking will be deducted. Our booking system provides you with an email and text message reminder, for your upcoming appointment.

No refunds are given for services rendered.

AFTERCARE POLICY
By booking an appointment at St. lashes and brows, you are agreeing to be accountable for premature lash loss, caused by improper lash practices. The retention of your lashes can be due to, but not limited to; Natural lash shedding, Picking, Pulling or touching your lash extensions, Sleeping on your face, Wearing mascara/heavy eye makeup products, Not cleansing your lashes regularly, Certain types of medication, Working in oily/hot environments, Hormonal factors, Excessive crying.

If you find an issue with your lash extensions within the first 3 days after application, and believe you have taken proper care, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will rectify the issue by infilling the lashes at no cost. Note; no charge will be incurred if we can see that you have taken proper care of them. This is based on the discretion of the lash/brow artist.

In our commitment to delivering the best possible service and dedicating our full energy and attention to each client, there may be rare occasions when appointments run slightly over time. As a result, we may be 5–10 minutes behind schedule.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we promise to bring that same care and focus to your appointment.
